Very dear ones in the love of our Lady of the Miraculous Medal:

            It has not been many days now since Sister Carolina Flores, D.C., International Secretary of the AMM, sent me the list of countries and persons who have registered for the Paris Encounter, according to the request we have made that you send us your registration before 1 May 2009.

            The reason for this letter is that the lodging possibilities are few and we need to reserve rooms with sufficient time.

            A few days ago when I was with Father General to present him with the registration list, he indicated to me that it surprised him that some countries have not made reservations.

            This is why we are writing you again—to insist that you would make your request as soon as possible.  We need to know how many people are coming by June 1.  Please decide whether you are going to make a reservation or not.

            The love we have of the Association and the desire to give you some revised International Statutes moves us to put all possible interest and hope for achieving what the Encounter of November assumes as a point of departure for greater growth of the AMM.
